چکیده

ABSTRACT Very little is known about the young planet population because detection of small planets orbiting stars obscured by effects stellar activity and fast rotation, which mask within radial velocity transit data sets. The few that have been discovered in clusters generally orbit too faint for any detailed follow-up analysis. Here, we present characterization a new mini-Neptune bright (V = 9) nearby K2 dwarf star, HD 18599. candidate was originally detected TESS light curves from sectors 2, 3, 29, 30, with an orbital period 4.138 d. We then used HARPS FEROS velocities, to find companion mass be 25.5$\pm$4.6 $M_{\oplus }$. When combine this measured radius 2.70$\pm$0.05 $R_{\oplus }$, high planetary density 7.1$\pm$1.4 g cm$^{-3}$. exists on edge Neptune Desert first (300 Myr) its type inhabit region. Structure models argue bulk composition consist 23 per cent H$_2$O 77 Rock Iron. Future large ground- space-based telescopes can enable us begin understand detail characteristics Neptunes galaxy.

A new Neptune - mass planet orbiting HD 219828 ⋆

Two years ago a new benchmark for the planetary survey was set with the discoveries of three extrasolar planets with masses below 20M⊕. In particular, the serendipitous discovery of the 14M⊕ planet around µ Ara found with HARPS with a semi-amplitude of only 4 m s −1 put in evidence the tremendous potential of HARPS for the search of this class of very low-mass planets. Aiming to discovering new...

Detection of a spectroscopic transit by the planet orbiting the star HD 209458 ?

We report the first detection of a planetary transit by spectroscopic measurements. We have detected the distortion of the stellar line profiles during a planetary transit. With the ELODIE spectrograph we took a sequence of high precision radial velocities of the star HD209458 at time of a transit of its planet. We detected an anomaly in the residuals of the orbit. The shape and the amplitude o...

A Massive Planet to the Young Disc Star HD 81040 ⋆

We report the discovery of a massive planetary companion orbiting the young disc star HD 81040. Based on five years of precise radial-velocity measurements with the HIRES and ELODIE spectrographs, we derive a spectroscopic orbit with a period P = 1001.0 days and eccentricity e = 0.53. The inferred minimum mass for the companion of m 2 sin i = 6.86 M Jup places it in the high-mass tail of the ex...

A young and complex binary star - HD 144432

The southern emission-line star HD 144432 has received considerable attention due to its relative brightness (V ∼ 8.17), its late spectral type (late A-type or perhaps early F) and its relative isolation from a bona-fide active star formation region. We present new imaging and spectroscopic data of this star, which in the past has been classified as both evolved (post-AGB) object and an isolate...

The nearby , young , isolated , dusty star HD 166191

We report an in-depth study of the F8-type star HD 166191, identified in an ongoing survey for stars exhibiting infrared emission above their expected photospheres in the Widefield Infrared Survey Explorer all-sky catalog. The fractional IR luminosity measured from 3.5 to 70 μm is exceptionally high (LIR/Lbol ∼10%). Near-diffraction limited imaging observations with the T-ReCS Si filter set on ...
